 Born in the Ukraine and fluent in five languages, I help individuals and couples build inner mastery, self-trust, and healthier relationship patterns.

My question-led, spiritual approach integrates emotional regulation tools with grounded reflection, treating self-love as a disciplined daily practice rather than a trend.

Introducing the Self-Love Phenomenon Through My Story I received my first crown at the age of 10 and became Miss Feodosiya in Crimea, Ukraine, where I was born. I grew up a fragile child who had to fight for my health and strength - and it was in those early battles that I learned discipline, resilience, and a mindset that would shape my entire life. But achievements alone did
not give me confidence. Not completing broadcasting or acting courses.

Not directing an audio play, modeling for magazine covers, or watching my script win an award for a short film based on one of my books.

Not even acting in movies alongside some of the most celebrated Ukrainian actors. Not the gold medal in school.

Not two Master’s degrees - one in Psychology and Economic Relations in one from Ukraine’s top Diplomatic University.

Not writing five books. Choosing My Path At 16, I appeared on the cover of a football magazine. At 18, I had to decline a major modeling contract in Paris because my caring father was afraid I would leave home forever. Instead, he prepared a “serious profession” for me - diplomatic education at the best university in Ukraine and a future in the family business.
I completed my degree with excellent marks and said to myself: “Now my time begins - even if it comes with mistakes, ups, and downs.”
 At 23, I married against my parents’ wishes. The pain, caused by emotional abuse and separation became my greatest teacher. It lead me to the three years deep therapy, then to writing books, and eventually - from being a client, to becoming a student. It took 12 years to meet my true destiny and become happily remarried to my husband, Ken Wood.
 I am certified in: ThetaHealing, Access Bars, Astropsychology, Reiki, Sexology, Personal & Relationship Coaching, Numerology, Economic & Relationship Dynamics This journey taught me that self-love is the foundation of every 
relationship - beginning with the one you have with yourself.
During those years, I studied relentlessly and worked with clients all over the world: singles, couples, children with disabilities, women’s groups, and spiritual retreats across India, Sri Lanka, Portugal, Tenerife, and more. The Turning Point I experienced the tragic loss of my father. I already knew how unbearable loss could be - my deputy uncle was murdered when I was 16, a case of political poisoning. At 26, our family business became the target of a hostile takeover. My father fell ill, and I spent eight years fighting for his life, trying every possible alternative and spiritual method. That period became the foundation of my deep awakening education. In 2021, he tragically passed away. And I finally understood:
 You cannot save anyone. Your life is your responsibility.
