These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and Your Club Corp, a Florida corporation, doing business as “Stars About Stars” (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of www.irynawood.com (the “Website”) and any products, services, or content offered through it. By accessing or using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
The Website provides offerings connected to the activities of Iryna Wood, including personal consulting and coaching sessions, references to a self-help application (which maintains its own website www.gemininearme.com and documentation), podcasts, speaking engagements, blogs for personal development, self-coaching books, and in the future, merchandise, related to her personal brand etc. These offerings are designed to inspire emotional awareness and personal growth but are provided strictly for educational, inspirational, and entertainment purposes. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, nor are they therapeutic or clinical services. You acknowledge that your personal decisions, relationships, health, and results are your own responsibility, and that the Company and Iryna Wood disclaim liability for any outcomes in your life.
All users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Payments are due at purchase, and unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms. Intellectual property contained on the Website, including text, images, downloads, audio, video, and materials, is owned by the Company unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use such content for personal purposes only. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is prohibited.
The Website and its services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and in no case shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding any claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Website or your breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, under the administration of JAMS or AAA, with no right to jury trial or class actions. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year.
The Company may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
