Relationship expert Iryna Wood has worked with plenty of people over the years to help them on their road to self-love and she’s shared her tips for the year ahead

One self-love specialist is urging people to be themselves in 2025 and focus on “learning who you are.”

Iryna Wood is a councillor and relationship expert with 12 years experience and has predicted this year will be one of “huge transformation.” Speaking exclusively to The Mirror US, she explained, “2024 was considered to be a year of karma. 2025 symbolises nine, which is equal to wisdom and they call it hermit year.”
